My Summer Playlist

Heyo, sweet friend!

It’s that time of the year again… the windows down, music up kind of time! I’ve upgraded my Spotify so I can have uninterrupted listening all summer and I’m pretty much blasting music 24-7!!! I’m in the ‘dancing round the kitchen whilst I do the dishes’ and the ‘fall asleep listening to music’ kinda moods!

I’ve not really done this kind of post before, but I though it would be SO fun to share what music I’m currently listening to and who my fave artists are at the moment. Hopefully you can take some inspiration from my playlists and maybe even share some suggestion from your own in the comments below! Let’s get into it!

Okay, first off, my all time favourite genre of music: country! Country music is definitely a love or hate kinda music, so if you’re one of the haters then keep scrolling! I could give you a mile long list of my faves here, but we’ll stick to ten (or maybe fifteen… or seventeen)!

  3. ooh I really liked your ‘wanderlust’, ‘drive to the beach’ and ‘taylor swift is definitely team jess’ playlists (yeah she definitely is, who wouldn’t be). There are some songs that I don’t know so I’m going to have to check them out ☺️ Some good songs I’m loving at the moment are Til Forever Falls Apart by Ashe & Finneas and Golden by Harry Styles. Loved this post Megan! 💞

  4. Nice. I’m gonna have to check some of these out!!

Um, I’ve been listening to some NF lately, he’s a Christian rapper, which isn’t usually my cup of tea, but I love his songs If You Want Love, Can You Hold Me, and Paralyzed.

Another really good artist is Hollyn, I like her song Alone.

As far as summer jams, Selena Gomez’s album A Year Without Rain is pure summer, along with Tori Kelly’s album Unbreakable Smile, and Briget Mendler’s song Ready or Not.

That’s probably more than you wanted/needed, but I love music. I’m personally a pop and rock lover – what about you?

By the way, your blog is lovely.

    1. Wow, I’ll have to look NF up. Christian rap isn’t normally my cup of tea either but there is this one christian rapper called Guvna B who i have listened too before!

Oh yes, I love Hollyn… Alone is such a nice song!

Ooh and those summer songs sound so good… I’m gonna have to add some to my summer playlists!!

No, thank you for all the recommendations… they’re perfect, I’m always looking for more songs and artists for my playlists!! My favorite genre is 100% country but i don’t mind a bit of pop too!!

Oh, thank you, that’s so sweet!! Have a good day!! 😊
