TWO YEARS. I’m sorry… WHAT???

Hey friends, wow it’s been a min! I almost don’t know where to start… I have so much to catch you all up on from the past six months. I’ve been writing content on and off this summer but haven’t gotten anything ready enough to post until just now, and I thought the blog bday was the perfect oppotunity to hop on and catch up!

Honestly having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that Not So Perfect has existed for two entire years! We made this cutsie lil cake to celebrate, so cue the bday pics:

Crazy to think I’ve been doing this wild blog thing for two whole years now… I almost wanna cry when I look back through the notebook I started dreaming this up in, way back before I had a name or a plan at all! God is so cool, friend. I am so thankful to Him for enabling me to do this! And just incase I don’t say it enough, I am OH-SO thankful that you’re here too… its nuts to think that someone, somewhere, is even the slightest bit interested in my messy and chaotic ramblings!

Speakinggg offff…. I’ve been thinking about this coming year and everything I wanna share with you guys on the blog, and everything I wanna do with the website too. I have so many fun sparks of ideas that are cluttering the notes app on my phone, and whilst I don’t know what’s going to work out over these next 12 months, I’m sure it will be cool. Either way, I’ve set a few blog goal for the next year and my main one is to keep you guys updated better… I really, really mean it when I say I love hearing what you guys have been up to and I love sharing my life with you too.

This next 12 months is really looking like a beautiful end to one chapter of my life and an exciting opening to another, and I’m honestly so freaking excited to be able to document and share it all on here, I feel so super duper blessed that I’m able to do this!

I’ll share more soon but for now, I’ll leave you with this: a lot of fun stuff has happened this summer and I’ll update y’all on it hopefully over the next couple of weeks. I’m back to school, work, babystitting and everything else starting Monday so life is looking like it will be getting pretty busy, but I’m hoping work on planning my week a bit better to factor in a couple of blogging hours where I can.
